This classic cuvée, predominantly Shiraz, is called "Black Pepper" and presents itself in a dark ruby garnet with deep purple hues. It particularly delights fruit-loving wine enthusiasts with its intense aromas of dark berries, ripe cherries, and plums, which are clearly apparent even at cold serving temperatures, alongside a hint of menthol. Delicately reminiscent of tobacco and vanilla, with fine spice and a mineral touch. Juicy, with a hint of nougat on the finish, full-bodied and dense, its soft tannins and delicate fruit sweetness provide an elegant and uncomplicated drinking pleasure.
Black Pepper is an absolute all-rounder and an ideal companion for almost any dish, but it also lends itself well to chilled enjoyment at the bar or on the sofa on hot days.
