The listed prices apply - "ex-cellar" - including all taxes. Our prices are subject to change and include packaging.

Invoices are payable upon receipt. If payment is not made by the due date, we will charge for judicial and extrajudicial dunning costs as well as interest on late payments.

The goods remain the property of Weingut Pfneisl until full payment has been received. The place of jurisdiction is Oberpullendorf. For transactions with consumers, the place of jurisdiction shall be governed by the Consumer Protection Act.
