Terms of service

The prices listed apply - "ex-farm" - including all taxes. Our prices are non-binding and include equipment and packaging.

The invoice must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date. If this target is exceeded, we will charge judicial and extrajudicial dunning costs as well as default interest.

The goods remain the property of Weingut Pfneisl until they have been paid for in full. The place of jurisdiction is Oberpullendorf. For transactions with consumers, the place of jurisdiction applies in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
