Shipping policy

Delivery is usually within 1-3 working days, but no later than one working week after ordering. If you need your order by a specified time or have a desired delivery date, please contact us by phone or email or simply add this directly to the order as a comment.

From a value of € 99,- we deliver within AUSTRIA free.

We deliver from a value of € 199.00 free to GERMANY and the following EU and BENELUX COUNTRIES (Group 1):

We deliver from a value of € 399.00 free to the following EU countries (group 2):

SWITZERLAND:
From 18 bottles we deliver to Switzerland. For the first shipping unit (18 bottles) there are shipping costs including customs clearance costs of € 49.90, each additional shipping unit (18 bottles) is free. We would like to point out that only 5 liters of wine are duty-free, for each additional liter there is an additional tax of CHF 2.00. The invoice amount is subsequently issued directly to the buyer by the customs clearance office and sent by post.

Standard shipping is done by our shipping partner DPD.
If desired, it is possible to send via the Austrian Post. However, the shipping costs (within Austria: €19.00/12 bottles, EU size 1: €24.90/12 bottles) are always to be borne by the buyer. The preferred logistics partner can be selected directly during the checkout process.

From 55 bottles of 0.75l each, shipping is by forwarding agency (on small pallets)!

ABROAD Group 1:
Bottles and cartons or boxes: DPD carton 6 bottles: €11.00; DPD carton 12 bottles: €16.50; DPD box of 18 bottles: € 22.00

ABROAD Group 2:
Bottles and cartons or boxes: DPD carton 6 bottles: €39.00; DPD carton 12 bottles: €39; DPD carton 18 bottles: € 39.00
