"Dark ruby garnet, opaque core, violet reflections, delicate ochre rim brightening. Delicate notes of nougat and suede, a fine mix of cassis, black cherries and ripe plums, with candied orange zest. Powerful, juicy, fine red cherries, full-bodied, ripe, round tannins, mineral and freshly structured, surprisingly light-footed, saline touch on the finish, very good length, an already very drinkable food companion" (Falstaff).
