With a delicate salmon pink, this serious drop brings color into your life and promises a drinking pleasure with fine grip, a medium finish, and delicate extract sweetness.
Delicately scented with strawberries, raspberries, and peach, this rosé is a delicious accompaniment to fruity salads or, served ice-cold, a fine summer wine, although it also delights in winter as an "adult ski water"!
This rosé is also interesting for wine lovers with histamine intolerance, as, according to an analysis by the Federal Office for Viticulture, it can be classified as low-histamine with the lowest possible histamine value of ≤0.5 mg/l (vintage 2025) (at the time of submission). *Personal tolerance levels vary.
