Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, violet reflections, delicate brightening on the rim. Astringent, firm aroma of predominantly dark berries, ripe heart cherries, pomegranate and a little cocoa with tobacco nuances. Hints of dried herbs and juniper, smoky-roasted noble wood spice, paired with peppery and cedar notes. Juicy, elegant, fine fruit sweetness, ripe tannins, mineral, chocolatey finish, dense with a long, grippy finish, fine spice in the aftertaste, good aging potential. The perfect accompaniment to meat (steak, beef tartare, burgers etc.).
