Offspring White
Yellow Muscat
Since the 2023 vintage, the Offspring White edition has been 100% Yellow Muscat. It has a radiant green-yellow color and a delicate aromatic scent of (elderflower) blossoms, also reminiscent of roses, lemon balm, and exotic fruits like mango and tangerine. It is an elegant representative of its variety, presenting itself without being obtrusive or even kitschy. On the palate, it has grape-like notes and, with its finely structured acidity, it's a light-footed drinking pleasure and at the same time an animating aperitif.

This white wine is also interesting for wine lovers with histamine intolerance, as it can be classified as low in histamine with the lowest possible histamine value of ≤0.5 mg/l (vintage 2025) according to an analysis by the Federal Office for Viticulture (at the time of submission). *Personal tolerance limits vary.
